Who you are:
As a Warehouse Administrator with Frost, you are the friendly face running our warehouse every day. In this role, you would be responsible for shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory, transferring assets, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. Using your systematic approach and observant mindset you will ensure all product and materials have been properly inspected, released, stored, or distributed with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you’ll do:
Responsible for receiving product. Ensures all product and materials have been properly inspected, released, stored and/or distributed as applicable
Check orders for accuracy and quality prior to shipment
Maintain storage process for on-site inventory
Maintain accurate inventory
Notify management of shortages or problems that could impact product availability
Track assets as they come into or leave the warehouse
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the warehouse
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; readily learns new or specialty software applications.
Excellent organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 lbs.
Must be able to drive a company vehicle.
