We act courageously and are uniquely positioned to be a source of stability in a world of evolving healthcare needs.<br/><br/>Viatris empowers people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life.<br/><br/>We do so via:  <br/><br/>Access – Providing high quality trusted medicines regardless of geography or circumstance;<br/>Leadership – Advancing sustainable operations and innovative solutions to improve patient health; and  <br/>Partnership – Leveraging our collective expertise to connect people to products and services.  <br/> </p><p>Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Brand Manager role will make an impact:</p><p></p><p>Key responsibilities for this role include:</p><ul><li><p>Create visions, strategies, tactics, and actions for dedicated key brands</p></li><li><p>Planning for and creating ATL and BTL material </p></li><li><p>Analyze portfolio performance, mitigate risks and optimize opportunities to support brand strategies.</p></li><li><p>Secure home pages and brand materials are up to date and in line with current legislation.</p></li><li><p>Educate and present new materials to sales force</p></li><li><p>Analyze and explain financial variances versus budgeted forecast</p></li><li><p>Perform budget- and demand forecasts with input from KAM and Category Insight</p></li><li><p>Synchronize activities with KAM and Field Sales to maximize brand visibility and distribution in store. </p></li></ul><p></p><p>The minimum qualifications for this role are:</p><ul><li><p>Previous Brand Manager experience for minimum 3 years.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to develop and implement brand and marketing strategies and concepts</p></li><li><p>Experience of working in a dynamic organization</p></li><li><p>Working proficiency in Swedish and English language</p></li></ul><p></p><p>This position is an exciting opportunity that is currently part of Viatris supporting our OTC business. However, it is anticipated that the Viatris OTC business will be acquired by Cooper Consumer Healthcare (CCH) in 2024 and that this role will transfer to CCH in 2024, in accordance with local regulations and applicable law.
