<p>We are currently looking for a <strong>Production Engineer </strong>to join our team in <strong>Dębica </strong>site.</p>
<ul><li><span>Provide Process Technology input to the development and implementation of programs to achieve best in class performance in safety and quality of products and service in the Plant and Division. </span></li><li><span>Providing technical support for production, including problem solving,</span></li><li><span>Control and analysis of production data</span></li><li><span>Assists production role for transfers and similar technologies as required.</span></li><li><span>Identifying cost reduction opportunities with improved equipment and systems</span></li><li><span>Standardization of production process times</span></li><li><span>Participating in product development teams and maintaining strong interaction with Technology, Business Manufacturing and other functions.</span></li><li><span>Leads and participates in the development of best-in-class processes and practices for plant and divisional applications. Implements global process engineering design for manufacturing standardization of new technologies. </span></li><li><span>supporting troubleshooting and repair of production equipment to improve efficiency and improve existing equipment control systems,</span></li><li><span>Provide recommendations and work within teams to achieve continuous improvement for improved safety, improved quality, better service, lower costs, and improved yields. </span></li><li><span>Control of employee attendance records in subordinate departments</span></li><li><span>preparing summaries and reports for the production team</span></li><li><span>controlling the production process, - preparing reports, - conducting administrative production services, - cooperation with the manager and team leaders,</span></li><li><span>Assistance in supervising the ongoing implementation of production tasks (in the production hall)</span></li><li><span>Assistance in the work of the Production Manager - current production activities</span></li></ul>
<ul><li><span>Engineering degree </span></li><li>Advanced English</li><li><span>Ability to plan and optimize production processes using Lean Manufacturing tools</span></li><li><span>Working knowledge of ATEX</span></li><li><span>Ability to cooperate in a team</span></li><li><span>Ability to organize group work</span></li><li><span>very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint</span></li><li><span>Independence and responsibility in action</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Please note that Sherwin Williams is unable to respond to any enquiries, accept CVs or applications from Recruitment Agencies.</b></p><p><span><b>#LI-JS1</b></span></p>
