Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our IT department. You’ll be responsible for managing our IT on Premise and Cloud infrastructures.

Senior System Administrator responsibilities include monitoring on system performance and configuring new software and hardware. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft and Linux operating systems as well as solid experience in on prem to cloud migration projects.

Ultimately, you will ensure our software, hardware, servers Infrastructure run smoothly and are secure.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain on prem and Cloud IT systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Upgrade, maintain the IT on prem, cloud systems.
• Install servers, devices and Storage Systems.
• Monitor the performance of servers, software backups and other hardware.
• Create and update technical documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior System Administrator.
• Team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Administration and configuring of Windows 2012/2016/2019 servers and services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, CA, GPO and Forest wide trusts.
• HPE 3Par Storage set up & administration.
• Virtualization - Administration of MS HyperV Clusters, Failover Cluster manager and MS DPM Backups, Azure Administration.
• DR and business continuity planning.
• Experience with Windows & Linux server management scripting & tools.
• Experience with migration of on prem IT infrastructure to cloud.
• Development and maintenance of the IT Hardware Infrastructure.
• Experience with MS Office 365 administration.
• Maintaining system security at all levels.
• IT Project management.
• Documenting IT systems processes and procedures as required.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks.
• Knowledge of system security techniques.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
