What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed goals
• Structure and close deals efficiently, profitably, and with full compliance
• Work closely with finance and management to ensure seamless operations
• Motivate and train team members to deliver a top-tier guest experience
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies for continued growth
• Be a brand ambassador for Honda’s values of quality, trust, and customer-first service

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years in a Sales Desk Manager or similar sales leadership role in the automotive industry
• Proven track record of sales success and effective team leadership
• Strong understanding of desking deals and F&I processes
• Highly organized with excellent communication and coaching skills
• Results-driven with a passion for the automotive industry and the Honda brand
