Arvato Bertelsmann is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Support Supervisor. You’ll be working in a fast and dynamic work environment.

 

What will you do as a Customer Support Supervisor at Arvato?

As Customer Support Supervisor you continuously have to respond to changes in the different processes. Customer Service, claim management, reporting, business support, (transport) planning are a few of the many tasks of your team.

 

You know better than anyone how to build and motivate a team! You get energy from coaching and managing people, work well under pressure and you always want to find the best solution for the customer and the company. Next to this you bring positive energy, humor and a safe environment for your team.

 

Overall responsibilities

• Achieve key targets related to service delivery, profitability of accounts, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Client Reporting (such as KPI’s, invoicing, daily status reports)
• Determine client desires/requirements and work with operations to supply these needs
• Oversee the activities of staff, hire, train, plan and evaluate staff
• Resolve customer problems/issues in a timely manner
• Evaluate system flows and recommend improvements/resolve issues and work on continuous improvements.
• Manage weekly and monthly (team) meetings and meetings with the team and customer
• You’re the first point of contact for escalations internal and for customers
• You support the Customer Support Manager and report directly to her
• When necessary, you actively participate and support the daily business with your team.

Qualifications you bring with you as a Customer Support Supervisor

Of course you already have leadership experience in coaching, and motivating people within a Customer Support Department. You're assertive, analytical and able to establish priorities. Furthermore you bring:

• Strong and effective communication skills
• Results oriented with focus on achieving overall business objectives
• Ability to manage customers while working as a team player/leader across internal multi-functional business units within time and resource constraints
• Have an helicopter overview on your own department and also on possible effects on other departments / stakeholders
• HBO / B.A. degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills (MS Office), SAP is a pre

What we offer

We offer you a challenging and independent full-time position, for 40 hours a week. We have a non-contributory pension, which means that on average you have a higher net salary compared to other companies!
