Senior Compensation Analyst
As part of the Global Total Rewards team, the Senior Compensation Analyst will lead requirement gathering, analysis, and delivery for various strategic global compensation programs. You will serve as the key analyst on task forces and project teams to develop compensation programs with a global, enterprise-wide impact, and provide input on plan design and process improvements.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with salary planning activities, including partnering with the people operations team on processes and leading data audits
Provide analytical support to compensation partners, requiring meticulous data analysis and a commitment to fostering effective partnerships
Develop compensation tools, models, and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making. Periodically review and improve these tools
Provide policy and program administration education and support to HR business partners on core processes
Use published compensation data to evaluate established pay practices against common market practices
Analyze compensation program effectiveness and provide proactive recommendations to leadership
Document internal processes and ensure compliance with FLSA and other regulatory requirements
Who You Are:
5+ years’ experience in compensation, finance, HR, or related professional experience
Strong knowledge of HR programs/systems. Advanced Excel (VBA, Macro) skills required
Demonstrated ability to clearly convert data analysis into understandable formats and present to stakeholders
Experience creating dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data in Excel
Strong analytical, project management, and program development skills
Strong customer service and partnership focus
Prior experience in Workday preferred
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
