Maintenance Technician | Full-Time

$15 to $20 Per Hour
(plus opportunity to become a Maintenance Director)

We need a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Advanced Therapy Center at Chesterwood Village in West Chester, OH.   

You’ll assist the maintenance director with organizing, directing & supervising operation, maintenance & repair of power plant, buildings, & grounds.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Assisting with maintenance & repair of property, equipment, & grounds
• Performing scheduled maintenance on some facility equipment 
• Running errands, handling incoming & outgoing freight, lifting/moving heavy equipment & furniture
• Inspecting property & equipment while maintaining adequate records of work
• Occasional paid on-call duty for emergencies

 You’ll Need To Have:

• A High School Diploma/G.E.D equivalent (technical or associate degree is a plus)
• Willingness to learn,
• Ability to follow directions
• Excellent attention to detail
• A positive attitude & a passion for serving the elderly
