What You'll Do:

• Handle incoming phone calls and internet leads with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Schedule appointments for the sales department
• Follow up with leads and previous customers using our CRM system
• Coordinate with the sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience

What It Takes To Succeed:

• Ability to work assigned schedule
• Strong typing and internet navigation skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized
• Previous BDC or customer service experience is a plus (retail, call center, hospitality – all great!)
• Vinsolutions experience a plus
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow
• Solid work references and ability to pass a background check
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
