At Greencroft Communities, we believe every ride should be safe, comfortable, and filled with kindness. As a Bus Driver, you’ll do more than transport residents — you’ll help them connect with the activities, people, and experiences that enrich their lives.

What You’ll Do

• Provide safe and timely transportation for Greencroft residents and Adult Day Care participants.

• Assist passengers as they board and exit the vehicle, ensuring comfort and safety.

• Plan routes ahead of time for smooth, efficient trips.

• Keep vehicles clean, comfortable, and climate-ready for passengers.

• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and report any maintenance needs.

• Attend driver meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices.

• Communicate any passenger concerns to the appropriate team members.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid Chauffeur License with Public Passenger endorsement.

• Clean driving record (no moving violations in the past 36 months).

• Public or private business driving experience preferred.

• Friendly, respectful communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and assist passengers as needed.
