As a telecommunication industry leader, tekHouse addresses IT security and privacy issues by deploying advanced and customized application and data management structures that add value to organizations. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the Building Materials Roofing industry and have experience as a Business Analyst or Architect.
Responsibilities
- Work with businesses to identify opportunities and analyze needs for business process improvements, provide creative solutions that support business growth and customer satisfaction
- Translate and analyze business needs, develop proposals for technical solutions and define requirements for product development
- Engage with a team of technical professionals to design and implement innovative new products
- Develop market strategies and perform competitive analysis
- Provide customer support and ensure their expectations are met and exceeded
- Provide guidance on the development of training programs and documentation
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and market changes, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Architect or Business Analyst
- Experience in Building Materials Roofing or related industry
- Proven experience in analyzing business needs and developing technical proposals and requirements
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Ability to work independently and remotely with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work well with clients, management, and technical staff.
