Key Responsibilities: 

• Solution Design & Architecture: 

• Lead the design and development of D365 Marketing automation solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. 

• Architect and implement scalable, flexible, and future-proof integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, and third-party platforms). 

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey, personalized marketing campaigns, and lead nurturing processes. 

• Technical Leadership: 

• Act as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and related technologies, providing guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Provide technical leadership in the configuration and customization of D365 Marketing, ensuring best practices and performance optimization. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing automation systems and integrations. 

• Integration Management: 

• Oversee the integration of D365 Marketing with CRM, ERP, data lakes, and external platforms like email service providers, social media platforms, and analytics tools. 

• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure proper data flow and quality for marketing automation processes. 

• Design and manage integrations for lead scoring, segmentation, reporting, and campaign analytics. 

• Collaboration with Stakeholders: 

• Work closely with marketing and business teams to understand marketing objectives and translate them into technical solutions. 

• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure the seamless user experience across various touchpoints. 

• Partner with the data team to implement reporting and analytics for campaign performance tracking and optimization.
