Schedule, Pay & Benefits
Schedule driven by season
Winter (Oct–Apr): Mostly Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
Summer (May–Sep): Some later days and Saturdays due to event volume
Flexibility based on event needs
Compensation: Full‑time, salaried position

What We’re Looking For
Event planning or coordination experience (wedding experience is a plus)
Self‑starter with strong initiative

Comfortable learning the venue, pitching it to clients, and overseeing setup, operations, and teardown
Ability to be present at all events
Picture Yourself in the Role
In the winter months, you will immerse yourself in the fast‑paced energy of Soldier Hollow’s cold‑weather operations. Partnering closely with the tubing hill crew, Team SOHO and others to coordinate private groups, large gatherings, and sporting events ranging from local community races to international competitions. Your presence and coordination help ensure that every group, whether a family enjoying our tubing lanes or athletes competing on a global stage, has a smooth and memorable experience on our winter terrain.
As summer approaches, your focus shifts to preparing Soldier Hollow as a welcoming venue for weddings and corporate events. You will lead couples and clients through site visits, ensure event spaces are set to their vision, and provide steady support throughout their day. From early planning through execution and teardown, you help create seamless experiences that reflect the quality of our venue. Throughout the year, you also nurture client relationships, pursue new booking opportunities, and contribute to growing Soldier Hollow’s reputation as a distinctive destination for celebrations, community gatherings, and special events.
