<p><b>Corporate Actions Team Leader – Senior Associate</b></p><p></p><p><b>Background: State Street Corporate Actions consists of approximately 900 individuals with presence in 6 locations Globally  carrying out an end to end Corporate Action process within both a custody and  </b></p><p><b>Role Purpose: </b>An excellent opportunity has arisen at the senior associate level within Corporate Actions which involves carrying out a high risk function within the operation. The successful candidate’s responsibilities primarily include accounting transactions in Investment Books of Records (IBOR) for respective allotted clients for Global market events within a Middle Office or Custody environment.
