Reporting directly to our Director of Sales, the Account Executive - EMEA will play a key role in hunting, finding and winning new accounts for 1WorldSync. As an Account Executive - EMEA at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

Reporting directly to our Director of Sales, the Account Executive - EMEA will play a key role in hunting, finding and winning new accounts for 1WorldSync. As an Account Executive - EMEA at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
- Cultivate and expand an established portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and growth.
- Identify and engage potential customers through strategic prospecting and research across multiple channels.
- Drive new business development by targeting and securing new accounts, contributing to the growth and success of 1WorldSync.
- Understand prospect challenges to develop a value proposition specific to their needs and business goals
- Negotiate and close new contracts, ensuring the company’s goals, renewal goals, and individual quota goals are all achieved
- Ensure all sales activities and opportunities are appropriated logged in company CRM
- Identifying solution enhancements or innovations to best serve & anticipate potential new customer needs.
- Navigate sophisticated procurement cycles with multi-stakeholder sign-off including executives, legal, information security, etc. Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify cross-sell opportunities with current customers
- Create and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities. Contact and qualify leads
- Consult, build, and deliver customized sales presentations and high-impact demonstrations
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on sales activities
- Other duties as assigned
- 6+ years of experience in solutions-based SaaS in a quota-carrying role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience required
- Retail/ B2B/ SMB/ Distribution product content experience
- History managing accurate product content on eCommerce sites
- Proven skills in a consultative sales experience for products/solutions that affect multiple areas of a business
- Demonstrated success using excellent sales organization skills, attention to detail, and customer focus
- A collaborative teammate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
