Warehouse Team Lead

Description

 We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to lead our team. You will oversee, coordinate, and assist in the daily warehousing activities in our San Antonio location. This job is hands on and physically demanding. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company’s overall market share.

Mon-Fri 8am 4:30pm $18-20/hr DOE

Weekly pay and benefits (PTO, Medical, 401K) after 90 days

Requirements

•  Proven work experience as a warehouse leader
• Desire to lead - people and operations
• Highly effective leadership skills and techniques
• Knowledge of warehouse
• Hands-on commitment and willingness to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self Motivated, Self Directed, Proactive
• Attention to detail is a must
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 50+lbs consistently
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
