Warehouse Specialist

Allurion is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support the production, sale, and shipment of medical devices. Responsibilities include warehouse activities such as receiving, packing, staging, and working with freight providers to complete both domestic and international shipping. All actions require high attention to detail to ensure all compliance and quality standards are maintained.

The Warehouse Specialist will have split responsibilities across 2 locations: Natick, MA and Hudson, MA

As a Warehouse Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare material for outbound shipment which would include packaging & staging the shipment, ERP transactions, and interacting with freight providers
• Backup other positions in inventory control and receiving
• Maintaining efficient warehouse operations
• Proposing and implementing efficiency improvements

What we are looking for in you:

• High School diploma or equivalent certification
• 3-5+ years of experience in preparing and packing customer orders in a warehouse environment
• Rigorous attention to detail with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems creatively, independently, and efficiently
• Ability to stand for long periods and bend / lift items up to 50 pounds
