The Supervisor, Client Services Coordinators (SCSC) is a highly motivated professional with at least 10 years of successful experience interfacing directly with clients in a healthcare setting (preferably in Pharmacy Benefits Management). The SCSC may manage a portfolio of strategic clients of fewer than 3,000 lives independently and/or may partner with a Client Services Executives (CSE) in completing the tactical and operational tasks required to meet the needs of strategic PBM clients, including health plans. This person works with IT, Customer Care, BSA and Implementation teams to complete more complex tasks above and beyond administrative tasks. These items may include trouble-shooting more complex eligibility and claims extract issues as well as working with a variety of teams to obtain a result for a project. The SCSC will assist with developing efficiencies in the current and future processes within the department. Additional responsibilities include managing the Client Services Coordinator team. Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills are required.

How do I make an impact on my team?  

  • Work collaboratively with the and/or lead efforts to ensure client requests and deliverables are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop policies and procedures for the Client Service Coordinator team to perform assigned duties
  • Provide oversight and management of the Client Service Coordinator team to ensure assigned duties are completed
  • May lead projects, and client meetings in support of those projects, to ensure all objectives are completed to meet the client’s needs and/or support process improvement efforts
  • Populate data for Business Plans, VALUE Summaries, and Performance Standard reports
  • Prepare new and revise existing training documents for internal and external audiences
  • Conduct Client training (Client Portal Site, Navi-Claim, etc.)Develop new and revise existing policies and procedures Resolve escalated member/Client issues requests; identify trends and collaborate with internal teams to help mitigate future occurrences
  • Support or lead contract maintenance and performance guarantee monitoring; support or lead efforts to improve performance if performance guarantees not met
  • Support or lead client retention efforts
  • Committee involvement Travel to Client sites as needed

What our team expects from you? 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area
  • 10 years of successful experience in a customer service role
  • Knowledge of PBM or health care industry
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work in order to meet a need
  • Strong team orientation and the ability to work with a variety of people
  • Ability and desire to work with external client contacts and partners to provide guidance for health plan clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication as well as strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and above average problem-solving and project management capabilities
  • PC skills; Microsoft Office, Email, Internet and other applications as required
  • Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
