Design Solutions and Integration (DSI) is seeking a highly motivated and business-minded Project Manager to lead key business initiatives. We deliver innovative solutions that span across technical, capital infrastructure, process improvement, and business strategy projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead critical business projects, including but not limited to technical systems integration, capital infrastructure upgrades, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives, deliverables, and deadlines are achieved.Utilize project management tools to manage project scope, resources, budgets, and risks effectively.Monitor and report project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals and adherence to timelines.Facilitate cross-department communication, fostering collaboration and alignment with business goals.Ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and meet quality standards.Required Qualifications:Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or similar).experience managing projects with competing priorities in a business environment.Strong ability to manage multiple projects with a business-driven approach.Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Must be able to work from the Sioux Falls, SD office.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.Experience managing technical, infrastructure, or business strategy projects.Design Solutions and Integration is a prominent player in industrial solutions, celebrated not only for their expertise in design and integration but also for their distinction as an employee-owned company.
