Standard Template for Job Duties/Responsibilities: Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations CAM Assist, Integration and Training (CAIT) team is seeking a Summer 2026 Project Management & Planning Operations Intern. The CAM Assist, Integration and Training (CAIT) team drives the development of the Control Account Manager (CAM) community across Lockheed Martin. CAIT creates standardized policies, training, and career development programs.
In this role, you will have hands on experience in supporting updates to CAM processes, support in developing training and communication materials, and assisting with culture building initiatives such as mentorship program, community surveys, career path mapping, and basic website design and editing. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of organizational change management, culture change management, project or program management fundamentals, and organizational design. You will gain direct exposure to LM’s Program Performance Management (PPM) and CAM community, hands on experience developing process documentation, training content, and culture building programs, insight into how standardized procedures and career development initiatives support large scale programs and Networking opportunities with senior program managers, business area leads, and PPM and CAM senior leaders.
Must be a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; preferred fields: Business, Organizational Leadership, Program Management, Human Resources, Communications, or related.
• 0–2 years of related experience (academic projects, prior internship, part time work)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); comfortable creating and editing documents and presentations
• Technical skills for this entry level position can include basic knowledge with:
o Financial analysis, budgeting, strategic planning, performance management, organizational behavior analysis, change management strategies, survey design and research methods, and communication platforms
• Must be a US Citizen

• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to distill technical content into clear, concise messages
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive problem solving with minimal supervision
• Ability to collaborate effectively in virtual, cross functional teams
• Basic knowledge of Earned Value Management concepts, experience with learning management or survey tools, and exposure to project management coursework or internships.
• Introductory experience with Wordpress
• Basic familiarity with CAM role
