Job Description
Clinic Location: 7579 N Loop 1604 W Ste 200, San Antonio, TX 78249
As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will participate with the Primary Care Medical Center team to deliver exemplary patient care and customer service while performing a variety of technical and patient care procedures.
How You Will Get Things Done:
Performs all sonography imaging procedures, properly preparing and positioning patients for imaging exams
Positions the patient appropriately to best demonstrate anatomic area of interest
Performs image reconstruction as necessary
Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, and safety standards

Effectively provides service and/or resolves problems
Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers and patients

Contributes to team's ability to meet and anticipate customer and patient need
How You Will Innovate:
Utilizes clear and effective communication to properly screen patients prior to scan for any precautions or contraindications pertaining to ordered exam
Demonstrates ability to thoroughly explain procedure to be performed to alleviate patient anxiety and facilitate patient cooperation
Experience to Drive Change:
High School Diploma/Equivalency required
Satisfactory completion of a formal sonography program or other compatible course of study
RDMS certification required (abdomen, vascular, and OB/GYN preferred)
Minimum of 1 year sonography experience required
