Responsibilities

Within scope of practice and under the direction and supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse or Therapist provides prescribed therapeutic services (including personal care, rehabilitative activities, meal preparation and home making duties) in order to restore and prevent disability for clients, or patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiopulmonary disorders.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

Recent experience as a Nursing Assistant in a nursing home or hospital setting or recent experience as a Home Health Aide. Student Nurse with medical-surgical clinical experience.

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Home Health Aide Certification/Proof of Training required.

BLS from American Heart Associationwithin 30 days of hire.

Current driver's license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile required.
