Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with water treatment products and services.
• Process orders, manage account updates, and handle billing inquiries accurately.
• Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Maintain customer records and documentation in our CRM system.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and services.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and support.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
