In this role, you will be working inside a thriving and growing manufacturing facility that designs, tests, produces, and ships Door Closers, Door Controls, and Electromechanical Door Controls used in Hospitals, Schools, Churches, Sports Arenas, Hotels, and large Institutional buildings.  Our facility is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with many possibilities to make a difference and add value to the business. What you will be doing?

 

NOTE:  All job openings are first posted within the facility to allow current employees to bid on new opportunities and to move to different shifts.   

You will:

• Unload trucks safely and orderly; make sure all trucks are securely checked to the dock.  Audit materials for accuracy.
• Responsible for verifying counts and marking packing list accordingly.  Make manual packing list if needed.  Responsible for the delivery of all information to the data entry and Q.C. inspection.  Tag all material with the traveler.
• Responsible for the movement of material from the receiving area either to the stockroom or the work in progress area.
• Unload trucks in safe manner.  Must use extreme caution and make sure material is unloaded in orderly fashion.
• Responsible for the movement of all early shipments from the receiving area to the shipping area for vendor return.  Deliver non-productive material to the area or department that placed order.
