Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Work with Account Managers to assess how SPGI Geoscience products can benefit a prospect or existing customer
  • Update Salesforce with activities (emails, calls, meetings) related renewals, opportunities, and software trials
  • Provide compelling customer facing technical presentations and demonstrations to illustrate how SPGI geoscience products bring value and solve workflow deficiencies from competitive products
  • Prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions
  • Make technical presentations and product demonstrations at client sites, SPGI offices, industry conventions, user group meetings, etc. (travel is required)

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $72,300 to $104,800. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of BS in Geoscience, Geophysics preferred
  • Presentation skills
  • Kingdom software expert
  • Team player

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • English proficient
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Self motivated
