<p>Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!</p><p></p><p></p><h1>Responsibilities:</h1><p></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Provide general support to the PMO team in the implementation of the project management methodology and software in Vibracoustic</p></li><li><p>Support End Users with Project Management Software usage (Key user role)</p></li><li><p>Prepare and update training materials (presenations, short videos, guides)</p></li><li><p>Test of new software functionalities in a testing environment and prepare testing documentation</p></li><li><p>Documentation of bugs and issues</p></li><li><p>Support the team with other IT and reporting topics (e.g. manage distribution lists, Excel macros, report generation etc.)</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1>Qualifications:</h1><p></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Enrolled student with an interest in project management </p></li><li><p>Experience in project work is an advantage</p></li><li><p>Confident handling of MS Excel (incl. macros), Word, PowerPoint, MS project</p></li><li><p>Willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics independently</p></li><li><p>Willingness to communicate in a team</p></li><li><p>You should be responsible, dynamic, resilient and flexible </p></li><li><p>Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a big plus</p></li><li><p>Ideally 12 month time to work with us between 15 and 20 hours per week</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
