Based on your location you may also be eligible for an additional relocation bonus up to $8,000!

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assume responsibility and accountability for:
- Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
- Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
- Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
Qualifications
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified nursing candidates will need the following:
- Recent ICU RN Experience required (unit will care for both ICU and Intermediate Care acuity patients)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required
- BSN, preferred
- RN License to practice in Colorado or Kansas as applicable
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association certification required
- ACLS from the American Heart Association certification required within six months of hire or transfer
- PALS from the American Heart Association or ENPC required within six months of hire or transfer
- NIHSS required within six months of hire or transfer
- TNCC or TCAR required within six months of hire or transfer
- Additional certifications required within a six-month timeframe eligible to be covered under department cost
- ANCC; National Nursing Certification ANCC approved is strongly preferred
- National Nursing Certification in Speciality Area preferred (CCRN or PCCN)
- Credential: Nursing Spec
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
**Part time nights is two 12 hour night shifts per week.
