As a Technical Product Marketing Manager, you will be a technical expert and evangelist for our product. You will be key in product evangelism, content creation, market analysis, and sales support. Your ability to translate technical features into customer benefits and communicate complex technical features in a way that resonates with prospects and customers will be key to success in this role.
About the Role
Product Evangelism
Serve as the technical expert for our product, providing in-depth knowledge to internal teams, prospects, and customers.
Present product value and technical features at industry events, webinars, and on other relevant platforms.
Technical Content Creation
Develop high-quality technical marketing materials, including videos, blogs, demos, and solution briefs to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Build and document opinionated examples of product usage, complemented by supporting blog posts and tutorials.
Develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations, videos, and interactive demos to showcase the product's capabilities.
Market & Competitive Analysis
Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
Provide actionable insights to the product development team, influencing the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
Analyze competitors' products and strategies using SWOT analysis.
Develop and implement competitive positioning strategies to differentiate our product in the market.
Sales Enablement
Assist in developing and delivering training programs to enhance the product knowledge of the sales team.
Product Positioning and Messaging
Contribute to the development of product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with our target audiences.
Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
Product Launches
Contribute to the execution of product launches, including the creation of launch materials, conducting training sessions, and supporting marketing campaigns.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed about the launch details.
Social Media Engagement
Regularly share content and insights related to our product and marketing efforts on personal social channels and engage with industry influencers.
Work with the social owner to develop product highlight posts on company social media channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure product success.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and marketing, translating technical features into marketable benefits.
