Job Summary
Responsibility for managing primarily subscriber reporting, . Approximately 50% of the work is dedicated to analyzing, validating, and reporting on subscriber activity while the remaining portion of the time is spent on performing variance analysis, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and delivering clear, impactful storytelling to support business decisions.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor and validate subscriber activity to identify and address abnormalities.
- Identify, research, and explain variances in RGU (Revenue Generating Units), bulk subscriber data, and homes passed metrics.
- Reviewing pending connect and disconnect activities.
- Analyzing volume aging in collections for irregularities or discrepancies.
- Perform monthly data uploads into Essbase, ensuring accuracy and completeness for various reporting categories, including:
- International pay subscribers.
- Bulk units.
- EBU (Equivalent Billing Units).
- SVODs (Subscription Video On-Demand).
- Courtesy/XPE (gratis account activities).
- Ancillary services.
- Validate changes to subscriber-related processes, including SPA (Subscriber Provisioning Agreement), headend mapping, courtesy codes, and product mapping to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
