Job Title: Recruiter – Corporate G&A
Location: Duluth, GA
Schedule: This role is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week onsite at our Duluth, GA corporate office and the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

About the Role:Are you passionate about connecting talented professionals with the right opportunities — and building a strong employer brand in the local community? We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our team, focused on staffing Corporate General & Administrative (G&A) roles and strengthening our employer presence in the Duluth, GA market.This is a hybrid role based out of our Duluth office, offering flexibility to work both onsite and remotely while supporting strategic corporate hiring initiatives. As a full-cycle recruiter, you’ll manage everything from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding — helping us grow with the right talent and making a real impact every step of the way.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for Corporate G&A positions, from requisition approval through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs, define hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top corporate talent, including attending career fairs, industry events, and driving local outreach initiatives across the Duluth market.
- Create and post compelling job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
- Build and strengthen our employer brand, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess relevant skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Participate in candidate interviews alongside hiring managers and provide expert guidance during the selection process.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate all pre-employment steps, including background checks, drug screenings, and references.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry within the ICIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain compliance with hiring regulations and policies.
- Support the ongoing enhancement of recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years equivalent relevant experience required.
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Corporate G&A roles.
- Demonstrated experience with behavior-based and/or competency-based interviewing.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ICIMs preferred
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities across all levels of the business.
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent benches for key Corporate G&A roles to proactively meet current and future hiring needs

- Have experience supporting recruiting efforts in high-growth or corporate expansion environments.
