Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the custody and balancing of all non-gaming house funds.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

• Ensures compliance by Bank Cashiers with established policies and procedures
• Coordinates and verifies cashiering deposits with restaurant and bartending cashiering personnel

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Balances and operates the department’s bank vault
• Distributes tokes and chip exchange for Poker Dealers
• Assumes General Cashiering Shift Manager’s responsibilities, when needed

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of money handling experience

Competencies:  Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to delegate tasks
• Strong knowledge of Word and Excel

Training Requirements:

• Must complete the Core Supervisor Training course
• Knowledge of general cashiering bank policies and procedures

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
