The Senior Analyst, Corporate Support FP&A, will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning, reporting, and analysis for Circana’s corporate functions, including HR, Legal, Finance, and other G&A areas. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Support FP&A, this role will help drive transparency, accountability, and strategic insights across the enterprise.   This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling business success through financial excellence.   Job Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for corporate departments.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support monthly outlooks, annual planning, and long-range forecasting.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packages with variance analysis and actionable insights.
• Support cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency across corporate functions.
• Assist in the development of executive-level presentations and board materials.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, and other FP&A teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with corporate goals.
• Contribute to finance transformation efforts, including automation, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Office Connect) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
