We're excited to invite you to join our team as an AEM Developer! In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and supporting our Global Information Technology Marketing AEM systems and leveraging state-of-the-art technologies. You'll have the unique opportunity to work closely with 3rd party vendors, agencies, and dynamic cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and propel our digital marketing initiatives to new heights.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop, implement, and configure web content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager and various web technologies.
  • Build and configure components, templates, workflows, site setups, and dispatcher configurations, including production support and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to implement technology solutions that achieve strategic e-business objectives.
  • Leverage multiple technology platforms and document standard methodologies, while proactively gaining technical expertise.
  • Provide input for project estimates and implement engagements using Agile methodologies, including SCRUM, while continuously improving through learning opportunities and self-study.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of web development experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager, including AEM As Cloud Service, backend Java development, and Single Page Application development using React/Angular.
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, HTML, DHTML, CSS/Saas, Advanced JavaScript, groovy scripting, and knowledge of web server (dispatcher) administration (e.g., Apache).
  • Experience in designing and programming applications using Object-Oriented Programming methodology, particularly with Java.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AEM Developer or Lead developer Certification
  • UI development with CSS3 HTML5 and Javascript libraries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, customer relationship-building skills, adaptability, and strong alignment to delivery methodology and deliverable generation.


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $102,400.00 - $151,200.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:
