Responsibilities

Constantly assisting in the daily operations of beach and pool facilities across multiple resort properties, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences that reflect the resort’s brand and standards.

Constantly ensuring a safe, clean, and inviting atmosphere by supervising routine inspections of pool decks, beach setups, lounge areas, and equipment. Ensuring all health and safety regulations are met, including water quality checks and emergency preparedness protocols.

Constantly supporting the Complex Beach and Pool Manager in hiring, training, and scheduling team members. Leading by example to maintain a motivated, well-informed, and hospitality-driven team focused on exceeding guest expectations.

Constantly managing inventory and operational supplies including towels, furniture, sunscreen stations, life vests, and recreational gear. Coordinating with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely replenishment and equipment maintenance.

Constantly interacting with guests and VIPs to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues with professionalism, and elevate the guest experience through personalized service and thoughtful touches.

Constantly collaborating with departments including Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to ensure cross-functional efficiency and swift resolution of operational needs.

Constantly monitoring staffing coverage and service flow to ensure the beach and pool areas are well-staffed during peak periods, including holidays and special events.

Constantly assisting with planning and executing poolside and beach events, private cabana services, and recreational programs—enhancing resort offerings and driving guest engagement.

Constantly maintaining a culture of service excellence by recognizing team achievements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping implement new initiatives to elevate guest satisfaction and team performance.
