About the role

About Mobia

Mobia Medical, Inc. is dedicated to transforming the lives of stroke survivors through its innovative neurostimulation technology. The company's flagship product, the FDA-approved Vivistim® Paired VNS™ System, enhances stroke rehabilitation by pairing vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) with physical and occupational therapy. This approach leverages the brain's neuroplasticity to improve upper limb function, offering new hope to those with chronic arm and hand impairments following an ischemic stroke.

By integrating this therapy into rehabilitation programs, Mobia aims to help stroke survivors regain independence in daily activities and enhance their quality of life. The company's commitment to advancing stroke recovery is evident in its ongoing research and collaboration with healthcare providers to make this therapy accessible to more patients.

About the role

The Vice President of Marketing will lead the development and execution of the company’s global marketing strategy, product portfolio positioning, and commercialization programs for Mobia technologies, including the Vivistim System. This role is responsible for driving upstream and downstream marketing, shaping the company’s product and clinical portfolio strategy, and translating deep market and customer insights into scalable commercial and innovation strategies.

This executive leader will play a critical role in shaping the future of stroke care across the full continuum—from acute intervention through long-term recovery—by identifying unmet clinical needs, capturing market and user insights, and guiding product and commercialization strategies that drive therapy adoption and clinical impact.

The Vice President of Marketing will collaborate closely with the CEO, VP of Strategy & Growth, Product Development, Clinical Affairs, and Commercial leadership teams. This role requires hands-on leadership to align innovation, clinical evidence generation, and commercialization efforts while ensuring successful product launches and sustained market growth.
