Senior Product Portfolio Operations Associate - Business Management & Program Reporting

As a Senior Product Portfolio Operations Associate within the Deposits 2.0 team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the team with your extensive knowledge of program reporting, optimization, and integration. Your responsibilities will include gathering essential inputs from various products to ensure comprehensive product reporting that highlights progress in product development. You will be tasked with calculating metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzing data to identify potential opportunities. You will also create synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives and assist in the product-level collection strategy, which includes controls, financials, and resourcing needs.
Job responsibilities
- Collects key inputs from across products to ensure the full product reporting highlights progress with product development
- Calculates metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzes data for areas of opportunity
- Creates synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives
- Assists in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
- 3+ years of experience with data gathering and executive reporting
- Hands on experience with tools such as Jira and Align
- Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives
- Prior working exposure to operations of the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
