Protiviti Inc. seeks Associate Director, TC-Security and Privacy in Los Angeles, CA:

Job Duties:  Build Protiviti’s Privileged Access Management (PAM) practice across multiple industries, including Financial Services, Insurance, Health & Public Sector, Federal, Products, Resources, Media & Communications. Architect and develop cross-industry PAM strategies, processes, and capabilities to help clients combat today’s risk vectors and immunize against emerging threats and vulnerabilities. Help shape PAM strategy and offerings for customers spanning diverse industries. Champion and lead thought leadership initiatives to cultivate resources and advance the evolution of IAM capabilities for future generations. Work with client stakeholders and internal team to oversee the delivery of business requirements.  Develop and lead innovative secret management strategies and help clients in strengthening the DevSecops ecosystem. Provide training and guidance to PAM practice and help the team in upskilling the PAM domain expertise. Own presales activities that include demand generation, solutions of projects and proposals, and win strategy. Responsible for on-time and on-budget successful project delivery and C-Level client presentations. Provide leadership and design expertise for IAM COE and client-driven projects or initiatives that leverage Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. Assist in developing and maintaining strong IAM product and service vendor relationships. Participate in architectural reviews and architectural development as an IAM subject matter expert. Collaborate with subject matter experts across client IT departments to lead or participate in IAM or security efforts. Provide oversight to resolve complex issues during implementations and post-implementation for client needs. Define standards, specifications, governance, guidelines, and recommendations regarding the secure deployment and implementation of IAM services for the client. Prepare and review Requests for Proposals and Information for new engagements.  Partial telecommuting is permitted. U.S. Domestic travel to client sites may be required, as needed.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in the field of Cyber Security Risk Consulting or Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of Cyber Security Risk Consulting

Special Skill Requirements: 

• Experience with security-related frameworks used to measure maturity of security controls, including at least two of the following: FFIEC-CAT, NIST-CSF, ISO 27001, DOD CMMC (2 Years);

• Experience with assessing, designing, implementing, and enhancing cyber security technologies (3 Years);

• Experience in enabling new technologies securely in: Blockchain, Cloud, Big Data, and Machine Learning (3 Years);

• Experience with three of the following Programming languages: .NET, Python, C#, JavaScript, SQL, or PowerShell (3 Years);

• Experience with evaluating and designing people processes and procedures to reduce cyber security risks (3 Years);

• Experience with IAM solutions architecture, CyberArk Core PAS, and CyberArk Privilege Cloud solution design;

• Experience building and leading both business development and cross-disciplinary client delivery teams.

Partial telecommuting is permitted. U.S. Domestic travel to client sites may be required, as needed. This position is eligible for our company’s Employee Referral Program.

Salary: $220,000.00 - $255,000.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
