Qualifications

Job Requirements

3-5 years’ work experience Graduate of a University/Program with a Doctorate Degree of Medicine or Osteopathic  (MD or DO) Current Medical License - MD or DO Unrestricted Current DEA Registration Current Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Certificate of Registration
