We are looking for English-speaking candidates, who would like to perform various administrative tasks and support our internal client.

Your key responsibilities
 
As an Executive Assistant you will play a crucial role in a business by being ‘’right-hand person’’ of key company executives with tasks as:
•    Calendar management (scheduling meetings, conference and video calls),
•    Preparing presentations and reports,
•    Travel and Expenses arrangement for your Directors / Partners
•    Understanding and recognizing the business needs of Senior Management representatives,
•    Close collaboration with colleagues in Germany and Poland
•    Various administrative and ad-hoc task
 
Skills and attributes for success
 
•    You are fluent in English language (C1)
•    You enjoy performing various administrative tasks 
•    You are very proactive and open-minded
•    You can work as individual contributor and within a team
 
To qualify for the role, you must have
 
•    Excellent communication and organizational skills
•    Customer orientation
•    Attention to details
•    You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

 
Ideally, you’ll also have
 
•    Professional experience in administrative support
•    Ability to self-educate and seek additional knowledge
•    Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines

We are interested in hiring an English-speaking candidate, team player with strong communication and organization skills as well as proactive attitude, with high level of energy, enthusiasm, flexibility and assertiveness. You should be able to independently complete your regular responsibilities according to deadlines, communicate with other teams in order to resolve daily challenges and show professionalism while day-to-day contact with EY clients and partners.
