The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. Work as a member of the Nursing Team to coordinate services with our nurses and physicians and will assist in delivering premium care to each and every patient.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

• Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations
• Provide infusions and injections to Mosaic patients
• Provide complete assessments of patients receiving infusions, and initiate emergency protocols should significant adverse reactions occur
• Deliver quality care while maintaining productivity metrics
• Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment
• Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
• Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, and counseling, and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions
• Work collaboratively with physician to deliver optimum care to patients
• Work within a team and take direction
• Complete documentation in Company EHR system
• Utilize strong written and interpersonal communication skills

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• 5+ years’ nursing experience
• Valid nurse practitioner license
