We are looking for a top consultant or existing Business Operations & Strategy team member to join the growing Bizops team at DO. Reporting to the VP, Business Operations, this Manager / Sr Manager role offers the opportunity to be part of a CEO-facing team working on executive-priority projects across Strategy, Revenue growth, Sales, and other operational topics. This is a great role for someone looking to apply their skillset across a broad range of topics in a high growth environment; the team and business are growing, with lots of opportunity to progress quickly. 

Note: Open to pre and post MBA candidates (title and leveling can flex based on experience and skills). Role can be remote across the US or Canada.

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you will work on some of the highest visibility projects for DigitalOcean. Example projects include facilitating cross-functional initiatives across Product, GTM, and org-wide to accelerate results, teeing up major business decisions through market research and strategic analysis, designing and overhauling business processes as we build for scale, deepening business perspectives through competitive intelligence efforts, and bringing first principles problem solving approaches to structuring new ideas and opportunity areas. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze opportunities, synthesize findings, develop execution plans, and translate recommendations into results.

• Structured in thinking and approach: Develop and leverage frameworks to help structure the team’s thinking, facilitate alignment across various stakeholders, and identify 80/20 opportunities to reach insightful, actionable answers without analysis overload.
• Skilled in analysis and presentation: Synthesize complex findings into crisp recommendations; present and defend recommendations to a variety of audiences. Make data-driven decisions.
• An expert at prioritization: Experience (and an enjoyment of!) balancing numerous priorities and demands.  
• Team-oriented: Energized by teamwork and skilled in cross-functional collaboration.

Experience with project management and 'influencing without authority': Ability to turn insights into action, standing up projects and coordinating mixed groups of stakeholders to delivering results

• High-energy with a positive attitude: Motivated to work hard and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience at a top strategy consulting firm, investment bank, and/or operating experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment highly preferred.

• We reward our employees. (The base salary range for this position is between $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 based on relevant years of experience and skills. The salary range for this role is specific to candidates located within the U.S. and will vary for candidates outside the U.S..).
