 Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify equipment in need of repair. Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs. 
• General repairs and maintenance in residential and commercial properties.
• General maintenance to work vehicles.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
• Mechanically skilled and capable of using many different hand and power tools.
• Maintain open and clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and attention to detail.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

 Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
• Ability to work with power tools.
