Job Description
NBCU’s Telemundo Enterprise is looking for a manager with an interest in using data to tell a story about cross-platform content performance. This role will report to the Director of Cross-Platform Analytics and will be responsible for content analytics. This person will be working directly with the Streaming & Product, Marketing, and Programming teams to deliver reports and insights to both internal and external stakeholders, driving data-led decisions that inform content strategy for brand/tentpoles and franchises.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze performance across Telemundo Digital products, platforms, and business to understand audience traffic and consumption trends
- Build reports and dashboards to visualize performance for internal clients and management
- Present and communicate performance results and findings to various stakeholders at all levels
- Support ad hoc analyses coming from leadership and other key stakeholders within the company
- Monitor data quality issues, partnering with other teams to surface gaps/inconsistencies
- Manage direct reports providing guidance, feedback, and professional development
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- BA degree and 5+ years in media research, preferably at a media owner (TVE/streaming/digital) or at a research agency
- Proficiency with Adobe Reports & Analytics, Analysis Workspace, and Report Builder.
- Knowledge of native social analytics platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Studio)
- Experience with 3rd-party digital and social analytics tools like comScore, Shareablee, ListenFirst, Netbase, and Talkwalker
- Strategic visual storyteller with demonstrated success at translating research data into dynamic story-driven reports and presentations
- Proficient expertise with analytical and data visualization tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, or equivalent tools)
- Capable project manager, able to oversee projects from inception to completion, with the ability to balance competing priorities
Desired Characteristics:
- Proficient written and verbal communication in Spanish preferred
- Basic understanding of Python is preferred
- Ability to identify problems with data quality and minimize reporting errors
- Accustomed to working in a team and collaborating with all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated strong analytic ability; critical thinker; fast learner; proactive problem solver

- This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
