JOB SUMMARY

Disability Support Services - General Student Worker- IHS Campus (Nutley) -  Work Study position

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

General office duties; answering phones, scanning and shredding documents, help with miscellaneous office projects.  Assisting students with general questions, help students to request accommodation letters and to scheduling exam proctoring.  Assist staff with exam proctoring. 

 

FEDERAL WORK STUDY REQUIREMENT

NO -- Federal Work Study eligibility not required

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Only Seton Hall Students registered for classes for 2025-2026 should apply.  Students approved for Federal Work Study preferred.  No prior experience necessary.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with general office environment, customer service skills. Applicants should be outgoing, friendly and polite, detail oriented, and be willing to work in a busy environment.
