Your new job includes

As a Strategic Buyer (m/f/d) in Indirect Purchasing, you will ensure professional purchasing of non-commercial goods and services by ensuring security of supply, availability and adherence to deadlines at an optimal price-performance ratio. You will focus on the categories HR & General Services. In particular, you will

• prepare and carry out tenders, evaluate offers and independently conduct price negotiations and contract award talks
• optimize the supplier structure and implement the associated development of purchasing strategies, procurement concepts and the resulting measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency
• independently analyze procurement markets and carry out the procurement process holistically, from the offer phase and supplier selection through to contract negotiations and the preparation of contract documentation  
• optimize supplier and risk management in coordination with the specialist departments 
• work closely with the specialist departments, in particular when carrying out tenders and identifying and implementing synergy effects and optimization potentials 

Preferred Profile

• A completed economics degree or sound commercial training with several years of professional experience in purchasing
• Several years of experience in indirect purchasing, particularly in the categories of HR & General Services
• Business fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Confident handling of the MS Office package and ideally knowledge of SAP 
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• A confident and assertive way of acting and you convince with a high level of social competence, which makes it easier for you to deal with different interest groups
