Senior Commercial Manager Savoury will manage and be the focal point for the NA region to lead the commercial function and product portfolio for Taste Texture and Health. You’ll be responsible to steer the top line and profitability of the Savoury product portfolio.  Come join our team and bring progress to life with our customers.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial and Demand Planning team
• Develop and implement the commercial strategy of the savoury product portfolio to maximize top line and profitability of responsible products
• Set and implement price strategy for contracts with key customers and work closely with market segment teams to set price for new regional launches
• Track market dynamic of responsible products from various sources and share insights with sales team
• Engage externally with key customers to strengthen relationships

 

 

The preferred geography for this position is the NY Metro area.  Candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones of the US will also be considered. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided.   Salary $137,500-$171,800.

You bring

 

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a comparable role, preferably in the Food or Human nutrition industry required. Prior experience at a Premix company or of having managed aspects of a premix business are a significant plus
• Relevant experience in product commercial management, sales, and/or strategic marketing along with a solid knowledge of the food, beverage and/or dietary supplement industries
• Strong organizational, conceptual, analytical and communication skills
• Experience in working in matrix organizations
• Drive for results
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus
