Finance Controller

<p><strong>KLARSTEIN has been designing, producing, and selling products in the areas of kitchen appliances, garden & living, sports and consumer electronics since 2005 and is now one of Europe’s largest digital companies including around 500 employees around the globe.</strong> </p> <p>*from 2500 €/month gross depends on experience </p> <h3> </h3> <h2><span data-contrast="none">What you will do:  </span></h2> <ul> <li>Drive <strong>Group Controlling </strong>across European entities and sales channels (own webshops & marketplaces)</li> <li>Coordinate the monthly <strong>controlling closing </strong>and deliver management reporting in <strong>Lucanet</strong> (consolidation is managed by a separate team)</li> <li>Own data quality and reconciliations across <strong>SAP ↔ Lucanet </strong>(incl. local systems where relevant)</li> <li>Lead <strong>budget & rolling forecast </strong>cycles, incl. scenario planning and management presentations</li> <li>Deliver <strong>profitability and driver-based analyses </strong>(price/mix, performance marketing, COGS, logistics, marketplace fees, returns, FX) by country/channel</li> <li>Own <strong>inventory controlling</strong>: inventory valuation, and inventory health (turnover/DOH, aging, slow movers/obsolescence)</li> <li>Act as a finance business partner for key stakeholders (Online Sales, Marketing, Operations) and identify optimization opportunities</li> <li>Contribute to team coordination and mentoring within a 4-person controlling setup</li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h2><span data-contrast="none">What we are looking for: </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></h2> <ul> <li>Degree in accounting, finance, or related fields</li> <li>4+ years in <strong>Controlling/FP&A</strong> (group/regional experience is a plus)</li> <li>Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance storytelling</li> <li><strong>ACCA</strong>, <strong>CFA</strong> or <strong>Big4</strong> experience is an advantage</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Lucanet</strong> and/or <strong>SAP </strong>(or similar tools); <strong>PowerBI</strong>, advanced <strong>Excel</strong></li
