Acquisition Analyst (Onsite position)

Hull Property Group is a full-service real estate company headquartered in Augusta, GA. The company has grown to be one of the largest privately owned retail real estate companies in the United States with an owned and managed portfolio in excess of 20 million square feet. Hull Property Group has a long track record of acquiring and repositioning underperforming enclosed malls and shopping centers. The Acquisitions Department is seeking an analyst to help grow the company's portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the identification and underwriting of new investment opportunities.
• Research and analyze market data.
• Create and utilize financial models for investment valuation.
• Participate in the preparation of investment proposals.
• Support various ad valorem tax activities including valuation, appraisal review and the appeal process. Assist with tracking all ad valorem tax assessments and bills to ensure timely filing and payment.  Provide financial analysis and assistance to various departments at Hull Property Group as needed 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree 
• Interest in the commercial real estate industry.
• Exceptional quantitative, analytical and writing skills.
• Possess a strong financial aptitude, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Valid driver's license and personal transportation as there may be occasional travel 

***This position is onsite at our corporate office in Augusta, GA.  Candidates must be local, within a commutable distance, or relocating to the area prior to start date.***
