Global Project Manager (m/f/d)

<p>Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they complete the expected outcome in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.<br/>As a part of BPR&amp;DX, responsible for taking project management role for Global HC transformation and other multiple projects collaborating with the business process champion as business owner, and business process architecture team.<br/>Focus on business value delivery, enable stakeholders to scope the value of end-to-end business process and take appropriate business decisions in a timely manner.<br/><br/>As a project manager, responsible for driving and leading the project team, collaborating with internal members and customers for smooth and on-time delivery at checkpoints of each phase such as:</p> <ul> <li>Business case (value, ROI of the project)</li> <li>Target Operating Model around process, data, governance, tool/solution and organization</li> <li>Tool/solution evaluation and implementation.</li> <li>Communication</li> <li>Prepare and execute change management</li> <li>Addressing stabilization phase, enhance and validate of project achievement for signoff.</li> </ul> <strong><span>Qualifications</span></strong> <ul> <li>Extensive Project manager experience, ideally in Transformation projects</li> <li>Human Capital experience, either having worked in Human Capital / Human Resources or having managed HR Transformation project</li> <li>Good global communication skill in English. Japanese is a plus.</li> <li>Diversity &amp; Inclusion management skill</li> <li>Leadership</li> <li>Project management skill, experience in applying project management tools and methods</li> <li>Teamwork - must be able to lead a number of CROSS-BUSINESS teams in getting their respective jobs done</li> <li>Ability to convert requirements into action items</li> <li>Effective planning and organization skills</li> </ul> <p>Additional Skills Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Change Manager expereince</li> <li>Agile and Scrum master, Product Onwer experience or knowledge</li> <li>Business Architect experience</li> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, HC, Engineering or comparable.</li> <li>Business or process analyst certification such as Lean Six Sigma</li> </ul>
