Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos Bank has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Systems Analyst position within our Centers of Excellence. We are looking for innovative and energetic individuals that can apply their knowledge of customizing, integrating, and optimizing software solutions to successfully implement across different lines of business. You will be a part of implementing and administering software designed to automate back office needs and facilitate collaboration across various business units. A knowledge of Low Code / No Code software platforms will be necessary. This position is on-site and located at our HQ in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead in the architecture and design of solutions within Enterprise Solutions
• Oversee the automating of new and existing business processes
• Manage availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency of all Enterprise Solutions platforms
• Work with different teams to implement the business and technical requirements across Enterprise Solutions platforms following processes in Software Development Lifecycle for Production releases
• Accountability for periodic system performance analysis and upgrade maintenance on software platforms
• Ensure quick and consistent diagnoses and resolutions to identified problems of all software platforms supported by Enterprise Solutions within the Centers of Excellence
• Develop and maintain process and procedure related to oversight and governance of software platforms within Enterprise Solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years' working in an office environment
• 1+ year's working in an Agile/SCRUM environment
• Experience with low code/no code software platforms such as: Sharepoint, Robot Process Automation, Optical Character Recognition, Tableau, or DocuSign
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• A fierce dedication to the delivering the optimal internal and external customer experience
• Propensity to rapidly master the understanding and application of new technology
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Flexible, able to work on multiple projects that may require restructuring due to shifting demands, unforeseen events and changing priorities
